Yes. We have a Client Area that you can log into using your randomly generated Account ID and Password ( You can change the password after logging in ). As the project goes on we will post any milestones that we have reached, such as: completed conceptual design and submitted it to client for approval.
Our process starts and ends with your approval. Once you request a quote, we will send you the quote based on your needs. If you approve the quote. you will receive an email welcoming you to WebsiteMorph.com and you will also receive a randomly generated Account ID and Password. You will use this to log in to our Client Area. Here you can pay your initial 50% payment to get the project started. Once we receive the payment will begin working on your project. This is wehre the fun begins. We will get your design ideas and needs and implement them in a conseptual design, so you get an idea of the layout. We will submit that to you for revisions. After the conseptual design is approved we will then begin the final design process. This will also be submitted to you for revisions and approval. If you are also using our Website Morpph service, we will then being this process after the final design has been approved. After final authorization from you the site wil be ready to go live. We will create your last invoice and once payment is received we will then put the site live for everyone to see.

In our client area you are able to pay invoices, track project progress under the "Customer Support" section. You can also submit support requests via the "Customer SUpport" section. Under the "Files & Elements" section you can see and files we hav uploaded to your account, ex: screenshots, PDF's, etc... Even after your project has been completed you will remain a client of our and have the ability to log in at anytime and request more sercices under the "Resquest Service" section. Our client area is very easy to use and we believe is simplifies the process for our customers as well as our staff.
We always work on projects in an expedious manner. However; there can be delays in the process. If we are at a point in the project that requires your action, such as design approval or revisions to mockups, we need to wait for you. So baiscally the quicker your communication with us is, the faster your site gets done. We suggest to expect to the project will take a month to complete. This can be much longer or shorter depending on any delays we come across.
